Will these make my shoes too tight?
They add about 0.6 inches of height. If your shoes are already snug, consider sizing up by half a size or removing the original insole first.
Do I need to trim them to fit?
They come in standard sizes. Most customers don't need to trim, but you can easily cut them to fit if needed—just use your old insole as a template.
Will the fleece shed on my socks?
No. The fleece is designed to stay intact without leaving fluff behind, even with daily use.
Can I wash them?
Hand wash in cold water and air dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
