Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping on every order, worldwide. No minimum, no thresholds, no surprises at checkout.
Where we ship
We ship to 237 countries and territories. A small number of destinations are excluded because our carriers or applicable sanctions do not permit delivery to them. If your country does not appear at checkout, that is why.
Delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery time then depends on your destination. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships, usually the same or next day. If you do not see it within 24 hours, please check your spam folder.
Delays or lost parcels
Carriers occasionally pause shipments for a day or two. If your tracking has not updated in 5 or more business days, email hello@junieandco.com and we will chase the carrier for you. If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we will ship a replacement at no cost.
Duties & customs
Where import duties or taxes apply to your country, they are handled by the carrier and are the responsibility of the recipient. Any such charges are separate from the price you pay us.
