Where we ship
We accept orders for delivery worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Orders & acceptance
Your order confirmation email is not yet a contract. The contract begins when we ship your order. We may cancel an order before shipping if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error (we will email you first), or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
Pricing
All prices on this site are shown and charged in US dollars (USD).
Product prices are shown without sales tax. Any applicable sales tax and your shipping cost are calculated and displayed at checkout, before you pay. There are no membership fees, subscriptions, handling fees or other recurring charges of any kind. The total shown on the checkout page is the total you are charged.
Payment & security
Checkout is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection secured with a valid SSL certificate. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card number.
The payment methods available to you are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. You are charged when your order is placed.
Shipping & returns
Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy both form part of these terms. In short: 30 days to return anything, a return instructions in every order, and a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the item.
Intellectual property
All photography, copy and branding on this site belong to us. Please do not reproduce them commercially without permission. Fan content and posts about what you are wearing are always welcome.
Product accuracy
We do our best with photography, but screens vary. If an item arrives noticeably different from how it appears online, that is a return no questions situation under our Refund Policy.
Liability
We are responsible for your order and its delivery. We are not liable for ordinary wear once a piece has been part of your life for a while.
Privacy
How we collect and use your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, please email us first. We would much rather sort it out directly. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
