Does it really stay cool without a freezer?
Yes. The ice-silk-like top cools through contact with your dog's body heat. It works best in normal room temperature and resets on its own after your dog gets up. For extra cooling on very hot days, you can pop it in the freezer for 30 minutes first.
How long does the cooling last?
The mat stays cool as long as your dog is on it, drawing heat away steadily. After they get up, it resets in a few minutes.
Will my dog chew it?
Most dogs treat it like a bed, not a toy. The materials are pet-safe and BPA-free, but we don't recommend leaving heavy chewers unsupervised on any fabric mat.
How do I clean it?
Light dirt wipes off with a damp sponge. For deeper cleaning, hand wash or machine wash on gentle. Air dry — no tumble drying.
