Does this work with a case on my phone?
Yes, as long as your case is MagSafe-compatible. The 4200Gs magnets are strong enough to grip through most MagSafe cases, including thicker options like OtterBox Defender.

How do I charge the Find My tracker?
Just place it on any wireless MagSafe charger—the same one you use for your phone. No special cables. A full charge lasts approximately 6 months.

Will my hotel key cards work with the RFID blocking?
RFID blocking protects your credit cards from scanners but may interfere with some hotel key cards. We recommend keeping key cards in the outer slot for easy tap access.

Is this too bulky for front pocket carry?
It adds about 8mm of thickness to your phone. Most users find it comfortable for front pocket or jacket pocket carry. It's slimmer than carrying a phone plus a separate wallet.

What if the Find My tracker stops working?
The built-in tracker is designed to last years with proper charging. If you experience connectivity issues, a simple reset (hold power 10 seconds) usually resolves it. We also offer a replacement under our 30-day guarantee if needed.
