They tend to run about half a size small. We recommend ordering one size up from your usual US shoe size for the best fit.
Can I wear these for long walks or light exercise?
Yes. The cushioned insole and lightweight knit make them comfortable for walking, light jogging, and all-day errands. They're not designed for high-impact sports.
Are these machine washable?
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry only — avoid the dryer to keep the knit from shrinking.
Do they have arch support?
They have a standard cushioned insole. If you need extra arch support, you can easily swap in your own orthotic insole — the fit accommodates most standard inserts.
