Returns & Refunds
We want the piece you chose to be the right one. If it is not, send it back. No questions, no restocking fee, no awkward back and forth.
The basics
- You have 30 days from delivery to return any item, for any reason.
- Email us and we will send you return instructions within 24 hours.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. Returning an item costs you nothing.
- Your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the item.
- Refunds include the price you paid for the item. Original shipping charges are refunded when the whole order is returned.
- Items must come back in the condition you received them, unworn and with tags attached.
How to return
Email hello@junieandco.com with your order number and we will send your return label and the correct return address within 24 hours. Once your return reaches our warehouse, your refund goes out the same day.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Same process. Send back the one that is not working and we will ship the one that is, with no extra shipping cost on the second leg.
Cancelling an order
If your order has not shipped yet, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full. If it has already shipped, use the return instructions instead.
A few exceptions
- Final sale items (clearly marked on the product page) are not returnable.
- Pierced jewelry and intimates are returnable only if unopened, for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards are non refundable.
Damaged or wrong item
Send a photo within 7 days to hello@junieandco.com and we will ship a replacement the same day at our cost. There is no need to return the damaged one.
A real human reads every email. We reply within 24 hours on weekdays. Messages sent over the weekend are answered first thing Monday.
