Does it stay cool all day?
The ice-silk-look surface stays cool to the touch in normal room conditions. After long sustained contact, your pet may shift positions — that's normal and resets the cool feel. No charging or freezing needed.
Will my pet actually use it?
Most pets settle in within a day or two. Place it in their usual spot. The padded feel helps — pets often skip thin gel pads but stay on this one because it's soft.
Is it safe if my dog chews or scratches it?
The cover holds up for normal use — lying, shifting, light scratching. Heavy chewers should be supervised, as with any soft pet product.
Can I use it in the car or outside?
Yes. It folds flat and is lightweight. Great for car rides, patios, or shaded outdoor spots. Don't leave it in direct sun for long periods.
