How long does it take for birds to find the feeder?
Most customers see their first visitors within a few days to two weeks. Placing it near existing feeders or trees helps birds discover it faster.

Will it hold through storms and heavy rain?
Yes. The screw-lock suction cups create a tight vacuum seal against the glass. Customers report it staying secure through winter storms and even supporting the weight of squirrels.

What type of seed works best?
Sunflower seeds and suet pellets tend to attract the widest variety of birds. The two compartments let you try different types to see what your local birds prefer.

Does it come with instructions?
Setup is straightforward — attach the suction cups, clean your window, press on, and tighten the screws. Full guidance is included.

How to use

• Step 1: Attach the 4 screw-lock suction cups to the back of the feeder.
• Step 2: Clean your window with a dry cloth (no soap). Press the feeder firmly against the glass and tighten each screw until snug.
• Step 3: Slide out the seed tray, fill both compartments with your preferred seed mix, and slide it back in.
• Step 4: Wait a few days for birds to discover the feeder. Place it near trees or existing feeders to speed things up.
